1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a PayGuard account and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use PayGuard.
2. Description of Service
PayGuard is a payment orchestration platform that enables merchants to accept payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and card networks. PayGuard acts as a technology intermediary — it does not hold, process or store customer funds. All payments go directly between the customer and the merchant's MFS merchant account.
3. Merchant Responsibilities
- You must have valid bKash/Nagad merchant credentials to use PayGuard.
- You are responsible for all transactions processed through your account.
- You must not use PayGuard for illegal, fraudulent or prohibited transactions.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and credentials.
- You must comply with bKash, Nagad and Bangladesh Bank regulations.
4. Subscription and Payments
PayGuard charges a flat monthly subscription fee. The fee is non-refundable once the billing period has started. PayGuard does not charge per-transaction commission. Your subscription auto-renews monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment method is required during the trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will be suspended until a subscription is activated.
6. API Keys and Security
Your API keys are your responsibility. Do not share them publicly or commit them to version control. PayGuard will never ask for your API keys. Report any suspected compromise immediately to support@sourcemonkey.online.
7. Limitation of Liability
PayGuard is provided "as is." We are not liable for payment failures, MFS provider downtime, or losses arising from the use of our service. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 30 days.
8. Termination
PayGuard may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to maintain a valid subscription. You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard.
9. Changes to Terms
PayGuard may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
